-+ SMALL PARCELS UPDATE +-
Singapore Post is now allowing small parcels valued under $100 to the US again, however shipping starts at 70 SGD before tariffs and is required to be packed with mailers & boxes purchased at the post office.
After accounting for extra packaging fees and tariff cost, shipping fee for small size acrylic merch (standees, charms, anything that does not exceed 30cm) will now start at 80 SGD on my storepage. Large size merch (deskmats, the roll-up Cosmic Jayvik print) will still fall into the S$170 shipping tier.
Tariffs will be predetermined and paid for on the Singaporean side so that you will not need to pay anything when the package arrives to you in the US.

Q: I placed an order before 8 Sept and paid the old shipping fee. Do I have to pay extra to accomodate for the new cost?
- > A: No. If you placed an order with me before 8 Sept, your order will be included in a bulk shipment I will be making to a friend in the US, and then dispatched domestically. This is the most efficient way of getting your orders over to the States without significant added cost.
Q: What happens after the bulk shipment arrives in the US?
- > A: You should receive an email or notice from PirateShip prior to the shipment arriving, which will contain your order's shipment label and tracking number within the US. After the group shipment arrives in the US, you should be able to track your package through PirateShip once the package is mailed domestically.
If you do not receive an email notifying you of your shipment label by the time the bulk shipment arrives, please email me.
Q: What do I do if my parcel bounces?
- > A: If your order is part of the 8 Sept bulk shipment, your parcel should be able to be re-delivered once it is sent back to my friend.
If you are not part of the 8 Sept bulk shipment and your parcel is sent back to Singapore, I will not be able to have it re-delivered for free. I highly recommend joining a group order to avoid situations like these, so that there is at least an American intermediary who will re-send it for you - please check my social media for more info.
UPDATED 21/08/2025
Due to new US tariff regulations effective 29th August 2025, I will be temporarily unable to send smaller orders containing non-print items using Singapore Post.
As of 25th August 2025, all non-flat document parcels, packages and mail (regardless of commercial value) will be rejected by Singapore Post unless posted with its significantly more expensive Speedpost Express courier service, starting at $159 SGD for every 2kg. The following items on my store will be affected:
+ Charms
+ Standees
+ Deskmats
+ Large-format prints (e.g. the Jayvik scroll)
Orders containing only flat print items (art prints, stickers, photocards, etc) will not be affected and will be able to enter the US as per normal.

I am working on a solution to get everyone's orders in - if all goes well and I am able to make it work, I will be extending the preorder period for all the PO items to make up for lost time.
